I am a DONA International Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula specializing in energy healing, herbalism, and yoga. I have completed 200-RYT hour training in Vinyasa Flow, 24-hr Advance Prenatal yoga teacher training with a focus on women of color through Black Orchid, and 85-hr prenatal teacher training through Awakened Spirit Yoga. I am inspired by the healing power of plants + herbs and have been formally trained herbalism for both prenatal support as well postpartum support.

It became glaringly evident to me that a woman’s pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences have a profound effect on her well-being and her ability to mother with confidence. I became a Radical Birthkeeper and a Holistic Postpartum Doula to serve women in the same loving way that I was served, and to initiate these powerful opportunities for thriving in a woman’s life. Doulas have experience in supporting individuals and families in a wide variety of settings and circumstances.

From all natural un-medicated birth to inductions, complications, epidurals, VBAC, C-sections, multiples and much much more. They chose be to be their birth doula in Charlotte, NC. Some of these birthing persons wanted an unmedicated birth and some wanted guidance on pain medications. All of these moms and birthing persons are amazing and had beautiful births. I've worked specifically with women, people with high blood pressure, diabetes, as well as the general population. I was also in full-time ministry, working with college students and teenagers.
